All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) subject to any circumstances and delays beyond our control. after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.Â
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hisfavouriteexstore@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hisfavouriteexstore@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

PRE-ORDER POLICY
- Our Pre-Order Policy requires payment in full to be made at the time of purchase.
- Shipping of pre-orders generally takes between 4 - 8 weeks, but delays can occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
- Once payment is received, orders are considered final and cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded, except for major faults, in which case store credit will apply.
- By making a full payment, you are bound by the terms and conditions of this pre-order sale.
THE PRE-ORDER PROCESS:
The pre-order process entails that at the time of purchase, you were made aware of the status of the product as a pre-order, the wait time for the product and the terms outlined on our website. You have viewed the product online and agree with the sizing and colour. You are also aware of the total costs and approximate lead times, which are between 4 - 8 weeks.
RETURNS:
All pre-orders are classified as custom-made goods and may be non-returnable. However, this does not exclude your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which grants you warranties or guarantees on the product's description, fit for purpose and quality. CANCELLATION:
As a pre-order is considered a custom order, you will forfeit all or part of your payment if you choose to cancel your order. Pre-order materials can take between 4 - 8 weeks to arrive and may be subject to other issues beyond our control. By paying the full amount, you agree to accept the terms and conditions set out on this page and other relevant T&Cs pages. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled without forfeiting the payment made.
